Fine & Country were consistently helpful and professional. The market is challenging at the moment. We experienced this change first-hand from the moment the property was advertised, just as the high was coming to an end, until exchange and completion when things looked very different. I’ve been critical in the past about how much estate agents charge but actually Fine & Country worked very hard for their money. Whether the house sells within a month or a year, they offer the same level of service and I am convinced that it couldn’t have been any better with anyone else. I fully recommend the team in Norwich for their Gold Star effort and thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I would highly recommend Fine & Country. From the first meeting I felt confident I would be dealing with a professional and knowledgeable agent. The photos & brochure were excellent. I sold my house in under a week ! Selling a house can be stressful but F&C kept me well informed & the communication was excellent. I really could leave them to it without having to get too involved. Particular thanks to Richard for getting our house sold & also helping us get our purchase agreed. Also to Julie who seemed to have the whole chain under control. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

The team at Fine & Country were brilliant, can't thank them enough for all the help and support they gave us. Whilst we were the buyer of the property they were dealing with, they were a lot more helpful than the estate agent who acted for us on our sales process. They always responded quickly and helped whenever they could, even if it wasn't their place to do so. Hope we don't have to sell for a long while, but the the F&C would be the people we'd use. Review for Fine & Country Cardiff, Deeply Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering buying a property through Fine & Country Cardiff to think twice. We dealt with Gemma, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, the team were overly pushy and dismissive of our concerns. But once the sale was completed, their attitude turned outright negligent. Despite purchasing a high-value property marketed as a “smart home,” no one had the courtesy to hand over the keys in person. Instead, we were told they were “in the mailbox” and that was the end of their involvement. Upon arrival, we found the garage door was broken and unopenable. An engineer has since confirmed it must be completely replaced at a cost of £2,000. The bathroom sliding door is stuck, meaning steam from the shower floods into the room. And most critically, the entire smart home system is inaccessible. We were given login details linked to an email address that is not ours. After 10 days of calls, emails, and speaking to the U.S.-based provider, we still cannot even turn on the lights. Fine & Country Cardiff have made no effort to assist. No follow-up, no explanation, and certainly no responsibility taken. Their behaviour has been unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has caused serious stress and inconvenience. Avoid this agency at all costs. They disappear the moment the payment clears and leave you to deal with all the problems they never disclosed.

⭐ 5-Star Review for TeKoop Estate Agent ⭐ I had never heard of TeKoop Estate Agent before, until I found the property we were interested in. We booked a viewing in May and honestly didn’t think we would be chosen, as there were around 13 people viewing the property! My family and I met David, who was incredibly kind and patient in answering all our questions. He gave us all the information we needed to confidently make an offer. When our offer was accepted, I mainly spoke with Frank, who was also amazing and very helpful whenever I called. Both David and Frank supported us throughout the entire process, right up until moving day. Frank even managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule for a final look at the property before completion. We truly appreciate all the effort and hard work from both of these gentlemen. Even after moving in, Frank kindly offered ongoing support if we needed anything, which means a lot to us.
