About Curchods Walton on Thames

Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Having also played cricket for Walton Cricket Club, we are proud to continue to be their principal sponsor as well as sponsoring Elm Grove Colts Football Club. Despite the fact that neither me nor my husband are very computer literate and had problems verifying who we were, Stacey made an excellent job of guiding us through the process. Eventually discovered it was easier to get us into the office to complete the procedure! Hopefully the rest of the sale goes through as smoothly.

We bought a property from Curchods and I have to say they were amazing. We dealt with Ben Banton. He showed us around a couple of properties and always had time for us. When we chose the property, he always kept us updated and when the property deal was agreed, he helped push the property down the chain as well. We are so glad we met with Ben and couldnt be happier

Fantastic service from helpful, efficient, polite friendly estate agents! We bought our current home which was listed by MMP and couldn't of had a better experience. Just a shame they weren't dealing with our house sale back in England too, as they did way more and were a lot more helpful and pro-active than our agents! Donna was amazing and consistently dealt with queries from me regarding our purchase and kept the whole thing moving even when our own agents for our sale didn't! Would definitely recommend MMP for any sale or purchase. Exceptional! 10/10

Bobby was an excellent estate agent for our viewing of a house last weekend. He was a polite, eloquent and confident young man. We dealt with James and Bob, from the Hove office, for the majority of our purchase who were both very helpful and always responded to our queries quickly. We also dealt with Kieran whilst James was away, who was exceptional. We had an issue with the seller’s solicitors which we came to him with on Friday afternoon and he got back to us with an answer on Monday morning.

Frank managed the sale through out, was always on it with updates, info and always transparent with news good or bad. Despite us having a long a challenging chain TKOOP helped us get into our new place before Christmas. Would definitely recommend Frank and team.
