Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! GoogleMy experience as a landlord has been that the staff at Sawyers work hard to make my life as easy as possible by staying on top of everything that needs to be done and that they also do their best to make sure that when repairs or maintenance are needed they're done quickly, to minimize inconvenience to the tenants. The Marketing Department produced a fantastic brochure to market the flat when it became vacant and there's never been more than a few weeks between tenancies.

GoogleJon helped us sell our home. He was always to hand and helpful, he was honest from the start, I know that's hard to believe for an estate agent!!! But he really was. He kept us up to date and informed. We knew we had an unusual house to sell in a difficult time, but Jon was always there with the unto date information. once we had a viewing he was immediately on the phone leaving us a voice message to let us know how things went. We had instant feedback and never had to chase him. What is unique is the WhatsApp group he sets up with you so messages in a busy time are there for you in an instant. You feel very secure with Jon and his experience that he will get you through the stressful time, with a good humour and encouragement. I have already recommended him for friends and would even consider Jon not just an estate agent but now a good friend.

Julie Vassar who dealt with the after sales was amazing, she kept us informed and was extremely helpful (more so than our solicitor!) as well as being professional.

GoogleWarren Fraser has proved to be an outstanding director at Curchods estate agent. We have lived in the Walton area for 28 years and have dealt with Curchods on a number of occasions. We embarked on an ambitious building project three years ago with the plan being to live in the neighbouring property whilst this was under construction. This would have been an expensive build and I know now that costs were mounting and no doubt much stress. Warren had always kept in touch with Neil and suggested viewing what could be the perfect home for us. Neil viewed first and loved it. I reluctantly viewed and immediately fell in love with it! This house has everything we were going to build and more. Warren then professionally set to with selling our two houses and the purchase of our dream home. Warren kept us informed of every stage in the process. Thank you Warren for perceiving when to intervene and enquire how things are going. You went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful. GoogleLucy and the team at MG are nothing short of amazing! After speaking with several other agents to list and manage the sale of our property, we decided to instruct MG and what a great decision it was! When Lucy came to value our home, she was down to earth, honest and didn't try to flog us a list of corporate nonsense (unlike other local agents) and made us feel confident in their abilities as a smaller independent estate agent. Kat came to take photos of the property and again, was lovely, down to earth and really respectful of our home! - the photos/3D tour looked amazing! We were also looking to purchase a property in the local area, and the MG team took note of the exact type of property we would like to buy, again Lucy came through with our ideal home, knowing it was exactly what we wanted. Lucy took us to view the property, and we fell in love.. a few days after.. it was ours! The entire MG team made us feel as though our home was the only property on their radar, and that they would nurture the entire process from start to finish and they really have done just that - despite being a busy agent with plenty of other lovely homes under their management, it has been nothing short of a pleasure from valuation to offer accepted! In what can be a really stressful step in life, Lucy, Kat and the MG team made us feel at ease with their friendly yet professional approach - we would recommend them to anyone! GoogleA long time between selling and moving out for us, mostly due to the buyers and sellers. Rob Hammond made this much easier for us. Great communication throughout. Always kept us in the loop. Sold our house within a week after we had been with other popular agents, who never produced good images or viewers for us. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWorking with Curchods has been a perfect experience for us. There are many good estate agents and advisors out there, but Ben at Curchods was the best. All properties we were shown were spot-on to our needs and impeccably selected. Ben is very courteous and patient, extremely knowledgeable, always on time, precise to a fault and helpful in the extreme. We've worked with many other estate agents and advisors. Many are good, but Curchods and Ben are the best. If I were to buy a property again, I would definitely start go with Curchods.
