GoogleHad a viewing appointment for 13.15, arrived at 13.18, at 13.20 I was looking around for the property, at 13.25 I called the office to find out that the agent supposedly has been there and left because I was late. In this time I haven't received any kind of phone call from the agent that he was at the property or that he was looking for me, nevermind that the property was a blocks of flats whitin an estate which I didn't even managed to identify

GoogleI was told to come for a viewing at 3pm . I came to visit however no response and I called agency it kept going to voicemail . Wasted my time and effort
Hi Bilkis I am sorry you felt compelled to leave this feedback. Having investigated the matter further it transpires that you called our office to enquire about the property concerned and we offered viewings at specific times on the Thursday, but you were unable to view during the time periods offered. The reason that we could not offer alternative times was because we were already at the property conducting a number of viewings between 2.30-3.00pm and already had viewings at other properties thereafter. No viewing appointment was confirmed with yourself but you turned up at the property unannounced after our agent had moved on elsewhere.
