You had made an enquiry via a property portal on a house that had attracted significant interest, but we always try to process enquiries from all interested parties on a consistent basis. At the time we received numerous offers from different tenants to rent the property that you were also interested in. We submitted each to the relevant landlord for consideration, and they then made their decision based on the facts provided, to proceed with an alternative party. I appreciate that this is frustrating for those that are unsuccessful in securing a tenancy, and often as agents are held responsible. Rest assured, all offers are submitted to the landlords concerned in a transparent way with the full facts provided. Unfortunately, it is then the landlords choice who they wish to grant a tenancy to. I hope my explanation helps provide you with a clearer picture of our company's position and that you have now managed to find a suitable property to rent.
