Beresfords at Upminster reviews

Mario I am responding to your recent 1 star review. Naturally I was disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction but as you left no related comments it is difficult for me to investigate the matter further. However having reviewed our internal file notes it appears that on this occasion we merely introduced you to the property back in November 2011 so 8 years ago. The landlord concerned chose to manage the property themselves so all dealings that you have had since moving in would have been with them directly and not ourselves. Therefore I am a little confused as to why you recently decided to leave a 1 star review as we were never made aware of any issues either leading up to or upon you occupying the property. Please feel free to provide more information by emailing sb@beresfords.co.uk Steven Bond Managing Director, Residential Lettings

Marcin Thankyou for your review. Although you didn't leave a comment, the 2-star rating would indicate that you were unsatisfied with some part of our service. Naturally I would be keen to find out more so if you could provide further details via email to me at sb@beresfordsgroup.co.uk I would be very grateful. Best wishes Steven Bond Managing Director
