It is such a shame that the bottom link of the chain had been so reluctant to communicate clearly despite the best efforts of our sales progressor, your buyers and your solicitor. Sadly, whilst we do our very best to progress matters as swiftly as possible and provide accurate updates to all parties throughout the chain, we are also reliant on the information we are given and on this occasion, there had unfortunately been updates witheld from the chain as a whole and false hope provided in terms of completion dates. I am sorry that this had created additional stress as we certainly aim to avoid situations such as these for our clients wherever possible. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and whilst we very much hope you are settling well into your new home and will enjoy it for many years to come, we would be delighted to work with you again in the future.
