GoogleMy husband and I bought a property through Andrews, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I thought the agent would be acting in the seller's best interest (as is normal), and I didn't expect them to be so helpful to us as buyers. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to find the agent was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. I was especially grateful the agent helped us get a viewing for our dream home (the one we ended up buying!) on the date we wanted, despite us not having all the paperwork the agency required, and despite there being significant interest in the property. Thank you!

GoogleI got an excellent service from Patrick at Andrew’s in Tunbridge Wells. I’ve moved house a lot and had some negative experiences with estate agents in the past, but felt very comfortable with Patrick who was a complete professional at all times. I told him what I wanted and my ideal timeframe and he totally delivered for me! He helped me to get things done as quickly as possible, and was open and honest in all his communications. I also received an excellent service from Natasha, who Patrick handed over to for the tenancy coordination. She may have been based in an office elsewhere, but I felt she was close to me!
