GoogleJay has gone above and beyond on my purchase. Given the works needed to the property I am buying he has gone backward lac and forwards accommodating various appointments and been nothin but professional throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Google2023: This is the second time I have used Andrews. I cannot praise Ruth and Patrick enough. From the first approach right through to the tenants taking the keys they have been so kind and patient in guiding me. Thank you. 2018 & 2019: I cannot praise Simon, Ruth, Marcus and the rest of the team in sales & lettings highly enough. I bought a property from them in 2018 and in 2019 sought their help in finding tenants. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff whether it's taking photos or guiding one through the pitfalls of the process. Really amazing local Estate Agents. Thank you!

GoogleAndrews helped us to sell a flat in Tunbridge Wells which another local agent failed with. They had lots of suitable clients on their books. Even though our sale fell through twice (not due to any fault of Andrews) they managed to find a suitable buyer in a matter of days each time. They also put us onto a very efficient solicitor. A very efficient lady followed up our first two sales and kept us informed throughout, but this did not happen the third time as I gather she was redeployed and our selling rep was meant to take over the role. I feel there was a slight failing here as we weren't informed who was liaising with our sale and towards the end of our sale I had to keep prompting their follow-up phone calls and the person dealing with our sale only appeared to be in the office on certain days. That said, his colleagues were always ready to help chase up the buyer or buyer's solicitor, However, I would still recommend them as agents for their prompt efficiency at the start of our sale. Their sales staff were polite and friendly at all times.
