GoogleI used Andrews Tunbridge Wells to help sell my property after a sale fell through with another agent. They were prompt, friendly and clear with all communication..I must say the app was great to keep me informed without constant calls! Even though it didn’t sell for a while they refreshed the advert with new photos, discussed pricing strategy’s, and continued to get suitable buyers through the door for viewings! True perseverance! After finding a buyer, they were great at keeping everything moving and seeing it through to completion! Very thankful for their help and support during this stressful process!

GoogleI only own one rental property and was always nervous renting it out as to me its a big thing. I tried one local agent, which didn't work out too well, but have now been using Andrews Tunbridge Wells for 8 years and feel my property is in safest hands. They have all answered all my property questions and called me back the same day when I call. My favorite thing is they have always achieved me a maximum rent compared to others in the block and found the most amazing tenants. The property has been empty for only two days in all this time, a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone. Thank you and keep up the good work, especially on my flat :)

GoogleWe had a great experience with Andrews and found them professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Within 4 weeks they found us 3 potential buyers who all made good offers. The one who offered full asking price told us that the description and photos taken by the agent had helped enormously in their initial search. Andrews were very understanding when we decided not to relocate to the West Country. Am happy to recommend them.
