I found them to be quite rude unfortunately. I tried to book a valuation and it took three phone calls to finally speak to someone, who turned out to be quite dismissive about seeing the property, then he abruptly hung up the phone while I was saying thanks and bye. I think he made some (untrue) assumptions about the property and basically decided to fobb me off. A polite explanation would have been a much more professional way of dealing with the situation. It’s a shame because my family have used Andrews on more than one occasion in the past, but now we’ll go elsewhere.
