Brilliant service. Very quick to respond to any questions, excellent communication and always reachable and happy and quick to help with any queries. Levi was very professional, friendly and always on hand to help. My first time moving away from home and the process has been far quicker and simpler than I thought it would be. Would certainly use Romans again and would recommend to anybody.

Levi has been handling our new tenancy mostly; between 3 cabin crew all in different timezones most the time he's been really patient and so responsive when each of us have required info, or sending documents; always more than happy to help or find out anything extra he's unsure of and came back to me in a reasonable timeframe. Thanks for all your hard work

I cannot fault the professionalism of the team here at Romans Tilehurst especially Alastair and Levi’s. My house was taking a while to rent out until I went with Romans. I have had regular updates ,weekly communication has been amazing on viewings days times people etc. No question I have had had not been answered honestly. I would highly recommend any landlords to go with Romans.

Had a really quick response to a property we were interested in renting and was able to get a viewing the same day. Elizabeth met us at the property and showed us around. Once we decided to go for this property, everything was so quick and smooth. Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful and was clear about everything!

My experience with the Tilehurst branch of Romans has been wonderful! Elizabeth made my moving process so exciting and effortless. She was incredibly friendly and professional and she always answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to guide me through my renting process! Levi helped massively when looking for the right place to move out, we had a series of meetings defining our requirements whilst assessing what is realistic and achievable. Once we found the place we want we were pleased to be updated on the history of the property and what the future plans were for the area. I would happily recommend Levi and Romans.

I have just met Jacob Flannigan who can to value my property. The service I received from booking the appointment to him arriving to carry out the valuation was very professional and extremely polite. Jacob then took time to discuss options and ideas there might be for me. I would highly recommend Jacob and Romans’ for their prompt and very professional service.

Romans was fantastic in helping me find the perfect property for me. Myself and my partner had a great experience dealing with Romans. Levi was able to show us multiple properties that fitted our needs. Alistair was also a helpful sorting out some hiccups that we had when going through the processes of getting everything sorted. Overall, Romans are a perfect agency to deal with, would defiantly recommend.

We sold our property through Romans. We would highly recommend them. The sales team provided an excellent service, secured a buyer quickly and supported us throughout the move. Special mention for Sarah who went over and above and communicated brilliantly. James, the move manager, worked tirelessly to ensure we exchanged and completed and again went over and above.
