GoogleI have had numerous issues with trying to rent a property. I would honestly discourage landlords from listing properties with this team. We were able to secure another house (thankfully) within a fraction of the time it took Romans to process our application weeks after we initially applied to Romans. I am currently looking into whether or not some of the issues are legal as I do not believe they have acted in our or the landlord's best interests.

GoogleI found this branch of Romans excellent in all the dealings I have had with them. I found Nathan to be very polite and he certainly knew his stuff. I found him really helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about things like what Internet I would need in the house etc.
I would highly recommend people to try Romans as I also felt comfortable and being a female did not feel patronized when asking "silly" questions.
