With a recent change of tenants the lettings team that handled this did an excellent job. They managed everything end to end, including the redecoration. The team of Katie, Tania, & Levi kept me informed & updated managing everything efficiently & to time!

Excellent service, very helpful and highly professional from Lloyd Field at the Romans Tilehurst branch. Can't find the right words to thank you. Called Lloyd on Monday morning, despite the short notice he managed to grant me the same day the time to view a property, viewing went well, offer sent and accepted the same day. It is simply magic!! Really good experience buying from Romans! From the initial viewings, the offer stage, all the way through to completion date and beyond. Given not all staff has been in the office due to the Covid situation, someone has always reached out to me with an update, whether it was the branch or the move manager. Lil, who was the agent I have dealt with was great! Always on time, well prepared, had answers to all my questions (if not she’s find out really quickly), also extremely personable and easy to get on with. Couldn’t ask for more really! Highly recommended!

Absolutely awful. Didn't communicate with me. Always unavailable. Seems that once they've rented a property they think the jobs done instead of fixing repairs and keeping us updated with any issues with the neighbours. Staff don't seem to care. Very Unfriendly amd not a nice atmosphere
