GoogleFrom day one Romans agency was looking in to details and trying to help us as much as possible to find perfect tenants. In the Tilehurst branch Dan & Nathan were very helpful and knew everything about the market and area. The branch has also a parking lot in front of the building which is very convenient.

GoogleI've been with some awful estate agents. Adams by far the worst. So it's refreshing to see professionalism throughout Romans. I've dealt largely with Ben. Who has been fantastic. They haven't been pushy at all and showed me around some really nice properties. Some cheaper agents are cheaper for a reason the service and quality of properties on show are much better than their competitors. I haven't had any problems as yet.

GoogleEveryone at Roman's, School road Tilehurst were so friendly and helpful and made me feel so welcome at their office, when I needed to rent a suitable flat, especially Alistair and Levi, they explained everything to me that I needed to know and really looked after me. GoogleWe are both very pleased with the service provided by Romans and in particular, Mark Porter, who initially came to the house to access the rental value and continued to always kept us up to date with viewings as well has help with the tenancy agreement. He also secured a professional tenant for us within the first week of marketing our property.

Communications were quick and to the point and there were no issues with sorting out the tenancy. Levi was particularly helpful. GoogleLevi is a great estate agent. Always managed to update us constantly with what was going on. Stuck by me and my partner from bad to good and really wanted to make sure we got into the house we wanted. He saw the process through to the end and he was always easy to get hold of.
