A week before the COVID 19 lock down I had an offer for full asking price on my property to which I accepted. During the lock down a lot of companies shut down causing delays to pretty much everything including the property market. Emma at Parkers kept in touch weekly to update me throughout which was brilliant, last week we exchanged contracts and completed the sale. Even throughout this difficult period, Parkers kept pushing for the sale to go through and I will not hesitate in using them in the future. Exceptional Service from Parkers

Out of all the agents I asked to value my house, I found Charlie and the Parkers team the most professional and pro-active right from valuation. I was really impressed with the quality of the photos and virtual tour and was kept really well informed through the viewings and feedback stage. I know many people can question the cost and value of agents services vs sell it yourselves solutions, but the after sales care through to completion really confirmed why good agents are really worth paying for. Many issues were encountered in the chain and I felt that it was Emma's sheer tenacity and project management skills, against the very difficult backdrop of pushing a sale through in these times, that really drove the process through and enabled me to complete to required deadlines. I'd like to extend my thanks to the whole team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their first rate service.

AMAZING SERVICE! Completion within nearly a month!

From the moment we were shown around our new home by Luca, right through to completion and even after this, the team at Parkers were amazing. They offer such a friendly and personal service, there's nothing to fault. Once our offer was accepted we managed to complete and move in within just over a month! This would never have been able to happen if it wasn't for Emma George in particular. She helped manage the process and kept on top of solicitors, the sellers, our mortgage broker and even us (first time buyers with no clue) to make the sale go through as smoothly and quickly as possible. I can't thank Emma, Luca and the Parkers team enough. They even gave us a bottle of bubbly when we collected the keys. I know where i'll be going if we ever sell our house. Thank you all so much!

We have just sold our home through Parker’s Tilehurst. The whole process has been flawless, firstly I met Dan in our house and ran though the process (first time sellers) and he gave us a valuation, the non pushy, professional approach is what sold us Parker’s service. The process continued with a quick turnaround, a preview video was published in the in a few days which achieved over 1200 views. The viewings were all organised and the feedback was given instantly via message then followed up by a call. The property sold for the asking price in less than 2 weeks. The communication with Emma from Parker’s has been absolutely amazing, who has gone above and beyond- even checking on the sale on annual leave. If any house buying process can be made easier, I believe Parker’s have done that. Very friendly, approachable and professional from ‘day one’. We knew what was happening all the way through and they would always swiftly answer what were probably daft questions half of the time! Even when beset with issues (not of their or our making!), a prompt, efficient response quickly resolved the matter. I genuinely would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. A massive thank you to Dan, Emma and all the team who made the whole process as straightforward and 'painless' as these things can ever be.

From viewings to completion.Elena, Charlie, Maddie & Emma have been such a joy to work with. Am sure property purchases are not an easy ride. It has its ups and downs and honestly...more of downs only because of delays that are beyond an individuals control. It took us one whole year to become owners of a property however Parkers and Emma stuck around, gave reassurance that things will work out. I chose Parkers as they had sold more than anyone else in my area; another agent said a higher price and a lower fee but couldn't back it up with evidence. Dan, Ellie, Charlie, Vicky and Simon really looked after me through the marketing and Emma was a real hero when progressing the sale with solicitors. The agent we bought through was a different story and only highlighted how good the team at Parkers are. Don't go anywhere else...these guys are the best around.

I do not recommend. The only competent person there is Jayne. But she alone will not do anything on the scale of the incompetence of other employees. Everything was ok until I had to change my place of residence. They announced their visits 16 hours before the planned arrival, and when I do not agree to them, they would come with clients banging on the doors and windows for 20 minutes, and then write emails full of regret that they saw someone in the window (86-year-old grandmother who did not have idea what was going on and she was afraid that someone would want to break in). After moving out, they submitted to TDS false invoices for repairing the washing machine, issued by a plumber (living in this house before me), which I allegedly spoiled after 3 months of use. They collected money from my deposit for repairing it (despite the fact that I left them a new washing machine and sent the proof of purchase in the form of an invoice to the agency). I left the house on April 1, on April 6 I had an appointment for carpet washing and cleaning. On April 8, I received an email saying that everything is ok, but they are still asking to improve the garden, because the grass has grown back. So on April 13 I came with a gardener who left the garden in a better condition than I found when I moved in. On April 13 I also gave the keys, paying for pensions until April 24 and giving the possibility of early rent to new tenants. The check out report was conducted on April 29. They demanded £ 185 for a cleaning company, for dust and £ 185 for a gardener, because the grass had grown and weeds appeared, plus the cost of repairing an old washing machine, which is not really there, because I paid for removing the old. But since the agency claims, based on the documents presented, that they have repaired the old washing machine ... I could probably do nothing but show up at the previous house to collect my washing machine. TDS is not able to check the credibility of the invoices, so he advises me to take it to court. I'll do it anyway. But I advise you to avoid this agency if you don't want to fight a few months later to get your money back. Special if you are calm, don't want to agrue with people or you are imigrant. They will distroy you mentally.
