Being a first time buyer can be a daunting experience, but from the first initial viewing with Maddie where she put us at ease and really showed us the potential the properties had to offer. Along with no pressure and really listened to what we was looking for in a property. This really set the tone for an overall positive and stress free experience with Parkers. Simon has dealt with our families properties for years, and really was insightful in helping us make our decision. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to help, Simon is your guy. Emma has helped us throughout our whole purchasing journey. The endless emails and calls, nothing is too much for Emma to handle. Thank you Emma for all your patience, and speedy responses. We would not of made such a quick turnaround of offer placed to completion date without you! A real asset to the Team! Overall I would not hesitate to use Parkers again, a reliable, honest and friendly bunch at the Tilehurst branch! Thanks again :)

We have previously sold a house with Parkers Tilehurst. As a 'seller' we we're extremely impressed with their energy that enabled a quick sale. We have just recently purchased a property through Parkers Tilehurst and been equally impressed from the 'buyers' side. Parkers helped us with the negotiation to agree a price and provided helpful recommendations for solicitors, surveys etc. Parkers were always available to help with any issues that arose during the sales process and gave regular updates. I would recommend anyone looking to sell a property to look no further than Parkers.

We just wanted to thank Parkers for selling our home. We invited Parkers to value our home and had Charlie visit. Right from the off we were very impressed with his professionalism and local knowledge. Straight away we knew he was the person for the job. We had planned to invite other agents to value our home but decided not to as we felt very comfortable with Parkers and were confident that Charlie had all of the bases covered. Parkers marketing was second to none. We had exceptional 4K photos & Virtual tour, along with drone photography which made us stand out from our competition. Charlie even took time out of his evenings one Saturday, had beer with us and did dusk photography of the house which looked amazing. He would then rotate the photos online every week keeping the advert refreshed. Everything he mentioned during the valuation he followed through with. Parkers set up a Whastapp group chat with us and the sales team, we found this was an excellent way to communicate booking in viewings, quick communication and would even give us instant feedback and when we could come home, which was great working around the kids and work. Emma nurtured the sale from start to finish, she did an amazing job keeping us in the loop throughout the transaction and managing the chain. Herself and Charlie were always there when we needed them which made it all seamless and as stress free as possible. If you’re looking to sell your home anytime soon, we would highly recommend Parkers and we will be definitely be using them in the future.

Throughout the whole process, Parkers have been brilliant. There is no denying that moving house is a stressful process, but I was always able to reach Parkers and never felt rushed or fobbed off. Charlie was my first point of contact and he had a strong plan from the beginning. Imani is gorgeous and smiley and was so easy to have in the house doing viewings. Once we sold, Chanelle was great at keeping me updated and liaising with everyone to keep things running smoothly. I always felt I could call her & ask anything. Emma & the rest of the Parkers team made the whole confusing process mush easier to navigate.

Parkers !!!! Initial consultation with Charlie Arrowsmith was as perfect as it could get to be honest. Arrived ON TIME and delivered a Sales exchange that was totally backed up by proof of previous sales for our road. He was happy to exchange ideas and give real advice which was accurate. Professional and down to earth team at Parkers Tilehurst

My home was marketed to a excellent standard showing all the best features. I was given advice on how to prepare my home for viewings and were done at a time to suit myself. My home sold within 48 hours with many offers.The whole process was completely stress free. I was constantly given regular honest updates of the whole process. For every time I had a question no matter how small, my answer was returned immediately. Emma was on the ball during the final process by chasing all solicitors involved and organising signatures, kicks up a few backsides when needed and arranging completion dates to suit all parties. I heard all updates from Emma hours before my solicitor would update me. I’ve constantly been asked if I’m stressed due to working as a childminder from home and moving….. answer has been ‘No, not at all as the team at Parkers have completely taken the stress and ag away from me. This has allowed me to get on with my life throughout the whole process.’If Carlsberg did moving……. Cannot recommend enough!

Bought through this agent many years ago and felt they were good. Sold through them this time around and were disappointed. At various points in the process felt pressured to accept offers below asking. We were also (verbally) quoted a rate for their services which did not match our invoice. The agents facilitating viewings were friendly and professional. They communicated well. However our reason for opting for a local agent was local knowledge and this was lacking. For example, we would expect them to have information ready on things like local schools, which they did not have readily available.
