Cannot praise Simon and his team enough. I needed to sell my parents house after the death of my mother in December and living in North Yorkshire was concerned about doing this. I needn't have worried as Simon helped us every step of the way from organising cleaners to helping get rid of items not associated with the house sale. He definitely went above and beyond even managing to sell the house within a week, so a big thank you from myself and my family.

We used Parkers for the sale of our property in Tilehurst. Simon Gregory and the team were fantastic throughout. When our buyer fell through (through no fault of Parkers), Simon worked tireless to find a new buyer so we could stay in the same chain. Simon coordinated with everyone in the chain and made sure everything went to plan. He kept us informed every step of the way, often replying to emails late at night. During the final few days when things were getting stressful for us, Simon was always on the end of the phone or email making sure we knew exactly what was happening. Thanks for helping us sell our home and buy our dream house. We couldn't have done it without you. We will be recommending Parkers to any friends and family in the area looking to move, and would recommend Simon personally for the incredible service he gave us.

We absolutely love our new home! The whole process was made so much more pleasant by having Simon Gregory work as the seller's agent. We moved from out of the area and he was so helpful in giving us local information and also in relaying information promptly and accurately from the seller. My wife and I sold our property through Parkers and we have to say, the service was superb. In summary, the move was supposed to take place in November but due to complications with the chain, the move took longer than expected which became more and more stressful especially with Christmas coming up and wanting to be in and settled before Christmas. Simon and the team worked around the clock to ensure they provided full updates and constant communication. The process was managed brilliantly and even when we thought the move was going to carry into 2016, Simon and the team kept working hard to ensure the move happened before Christmas. All in all we were very happy with the service and are very grateful to Parkers for getting the process dealt with as quickly as possible and assisting in getting us into our new home before Christmas. From our first point of contact with Parkers Tilehurst branch to date they have been exceptional agents throughout and have done everything within their abilities to ensure that our move went as seamlessly and as quickly as possible. When I have made contact with the Tilehurst branch the reception team have always made sure that messages are passed on accurately and I was always called or emailed back very quickly and with information and answers, at no point did I feel like we were being put off or an inconvenience to any member of staff. Particular thanks to Simon Gregory and Dan Baxter who both probably answered emails quicker than I do and considering Parkers were instructed by my seller rather than me they always knew exactly what stage we were at and who we were waiting on. I have recently sold my late Mothers house and the staff at Parkers, particularly Simon ,were great throughout the whole process. They dealt with all the viewings for me so that I didn't have to go through showing people round the house, and once a buyer was found they dealt with all that as well for me. I cannot recommended Parkers and Simon Gregory highly enough, We went to Parkers to handle the sale of our mother's house and the family home that she'd lived in for almost 60 years; Simon was both extremely understanding of my mother's concerns, not having moved for over 50 years, and our commercial expectations. He gave us a well-informed market evaluation and we agreed a target sale price very quickly; we were very impressed with the professionalism and commitment he showed us from that point on - we received multiple offers within 2 weeks and the process of then selecting the buyer was thorough and handled with integrity. As a fairly demanding client (!) I felt Simon handled my numerous questions and expectations around timeline with skill and diplomacy and I felt confident he had a very strong command of the dynamics of the sale chain. He kept us fully informed at every stage and handled communications and questions with the buyers highly professionally. He was friendly, courteous and professional at all times. We eventually completed in early November, from accepting an offer in mid July, which seems to be a standard timeline at the moment and he was on our side to the end. Very impressive.

All the staff were very helpful in helping my elderly mum to move house. They seemed to communicate well with each other, so if Dan wasn't available to talk on the phone, someone else could. Dan was very kind and helpful to my elderly mum, and the advice given to me was always helpful. Contact with purchasers, solicitors etc was always swift. My only negative comment would be that sometimes we felt pressurised to move more quickly than we were able to (moving an elderly person needs to be done gently) but I guess they were just doing their job of moving things along! Thanks to all the team for your help.
