GoogleThis company do not know how to manage letting properties.
They let sub standard properties. My brother rented a property from them and we took it to Court and have just received a settlement!
The property was in an awful state, so bad we had to get Environmental Health involved who issued a Hazard notice and then an Improvement Notice. They had managed the property previously with the previous Tenant saying he had all the same issues. How can you call this managing, holes in the roof, damp everywhere, inadequate heating - to name a few!!!!! We had no communication re the Deposit, they just kept it, which is against the law. They even tried to blackmail us by email, by saying if we didn't take any further action, they would release my brother early from the Contract!!!!!!! Steer well clear!
IN ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE - YES I DEFINITELY HAVE THE CORRECT LETTING AGENT! YOUR OLD TOWN OFFICE! WE TOOK THE LANDLORD TO COURT AND SHE SETTLED, BUT YOU WERE THE MANAGING AGENTS!!!!!!

GoogleWould prefer to give zero stars - Possibly one of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with, moved into a property and part way into the tenancy found out there were massive issues with damp. Told the member of staff that managed our property and was surprised to find out the already knew and had basically never got it sorted the first time round when the previous tenants had raised it. Also allowed access to our home without prior notification which goes against any tenancy contract. All in all I would leave these agents well alone, they do not care about their tenants as long as they are getting their money and don't fix any serious issues no matter how much you raise it!
