GoogleIncompetent and unscrupulous. Soul destroying experience and I can now see why Agents are on a demise. I suggest you use alternative agents and if you do decide to use McFarlane, PLEASE make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing. Tom Pawley and the team will twist the truth to their advantage and withhold information. Never returned my calls and conveniently always "out of the office".

She is very quick to react to any queries and or problems that may arise. The turnover in our tenants is quite low due to the care she takes in obtaining the correct type of tenant and the safeguards put in place when a property becomes available.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCarla been our contact for running our HMO for over 4 yrs. Always professional, friendly, helpful, responsive and communicates well. Great liaising between tenant, contractors and landlord. Tom and Joe are very good on the letting side. They recently found a tenant and commenced referencing for another property within 1 week of initial advertisement. Very pleased with McFarlane. Happily recommend them to other Landlords.
