GoogleDaffyd and Darren were excellent. They are friendly people and they marketed the property very quickly, we got quite a bit of interest, a number of viewings and three offers. They kept us updated every time someone wanted to view and the outcomes and after we had agreed an offer they helped progress and complete the sale. I would definitely use them again. And to put this in context we gave them the property to market after it had been with another well known agent for six months who never told us what was happening, who never got us a serious offer, who had very young staff who did not even seem to know about our property and were in our minds a complete waste of time. It was so very refreshing to then get the professional treatment from Belvoir.

GoogleWe dealt with Anthony and Brenda and both were very friendly and genuinely nice people. As it was our first time renting other than student let we were quite in the dark however all the questions we had were answered thoroughly and with care. We moved into our place less than 3 weeks after we initially contacted Belvoir, due to such short notice of new jobs. Thank you Belvoir for making a stressful time easy.

GoogleIf you're interested in selling or letting, use any other company because this one doesn't answer calls of buyers. Have been very interested in viewing some properties I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 4 weeks now. Have called 10+ times, sent at least 7 different emails, left voicemails, even talked to the stupid chat bot on their website. Not a single response. Not even an automated email. Absolutely insane. If you can, go to any other company.

Due to the high volume and demand for rental properties at present, we have invested in an automated system to manage any viewing enquiries for rental properties. I explained to him what I was looking for and after showing me one flat which wasn’t to my taste, he quickly recommended another which was the one for me. Direct reviewsThe service we received from Arwel Rees during a recent tenancy changeover was exceptional. We were kept informed throughout the process and received sound advice at every stage. He even took phone calls on his day off to resolve some of the minor issues, to ensure that the process ran smoothly throughout. All of the stress, related to tenancy changeovers, is taken away by Arwel???s calm manner and diligent approach to all aspects of the tenancy. He is always an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Arwel and the team at Belvoir without any hesitation.
