In dealing with a property sale dependent on a Grant of Probate, and the procss starting February 2022, the staff of Belvoir have been nothing but professional and accomodating. As sellers, we live in 3 different areas of the UK. Under the accomplished leaderhsip of James, everything was managed professionally and efficiently with us always being kept informed at all stages. We gained the full asking price and I do belive this was as a result of Belvoir's knowledge of the market. In addition to fulfilling their responsibilities as estate agents, the team went further by downloading all photos related to the house and offered to take the final utility readings if needed. I could not recommend James and his team highly enough. Thank you James..

Fantastic experience with Vicki from start to finish. She was so attentive and cared about our property purchase as if it was her own. We were kept up to date at every stage and also received great joined up service with Carina ( who was great!) and Faye. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicki and the team for any purchase or sale. I will miss speaking to her now 🤣 and we will make an effort to say hi when we are down near the branch! We were so impressed with Belvoir, we will also let the property with them too. Contacted this estate agent via their online enquiry service asking for a valuation, contacted by them and arranged an appointment for today at 3pm. Cancelled my last job of the day to be able to make the appointment, being self employed this cost me. The agent did not show up, did not phone, thanks for alienating a customer and making us feel worthless and putting us out of pocket due to your either incompetence or disrespect.

I contacted a couple of local Estate Agents in Swansea with a view to selling my fathers property and was most impressed with Stephanie Vellacott of Belvoir. Stephanie was very professional and made sure we were provided with feedback after viewings. It was clear that Belvoir understand the local market and matched the right potential buyers on their books to the property for sale to avoid having time wasters. We were very pleased to have received an offer within a few weeks of it going on the market for sale. Stephanie and her team then liaised regularly with all parties involved to see the sale through to a successful completion - something that I feel is very important where other agents can sometimes let things drift along slowly with unnecessary delays. From listing the property for sale on 16/1 to accepting an offer on 13/2 and then the sale completed on 7/4. Impossible to receive a response other than automated emails, can't even leave a voicemail. Went to the office and the lady told us she was heading out so we would have to come back without even so much as a 'hello'. Explained that we had tried contacting several times so she finally took our details with a promise to contact the following Monday. Didn't hear back again so visited later that week to ask if there was an update. While she was apologetic, she didn't remember where she had noted our contact information and wrote it down again saying there were a lot of interest in the property. We were told they would get in touch with everyone for viewings once the current tenants move out but haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. They should at least send an email to say the property has been let out but it's just radio silence. We understand demand is high and it's busy, but we've never experienced such poor service from any other estate agency. Will not be considering any properties advertised by this company as it's pointless. ***Edit: Their response to the review is unhelpful. We contacted them through every channel possible, including their forms. They talk about increased demand and coping with the influx, but haven't found this issue with other estate agents.***
