GoogleA huge thank you to Jon and Kush who were a great help aiding us to secure a home, while moving all the way from Ireland. Our experience was smooth and very straight forward with the agency. GoogleAs a tenant, living in a property managed by Mann for 5 years, I have received 5* service, always! Hayley in particular has gone above and beyond to support in any way she possibly could over 5 years. During a very stressful move out, she was more than just an estate agent, her quick response time to any issue, prevented any additional stress! I couldn’t be more grateful. Jon also provided a friendly and supportive service, dealing with any issue promptly and effectively. I am hoping my next experience with estate agents will be a positive as this one. I would highly recommend Mann Lettings in Sutton!!

GoogleFirst class service from day one. Both Sian and Lauren were very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process of my application. I never had to chase them for information as they would always call me as soon as there was any progress or update. I am sure that this service was not a one off and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

GoogleReally pleased and chuffed with cheveli from this branch. She tried every so hard for us and in all honesty she is the best estate agent I’ve come in contact with. Always have prompt replies, correct information and was always polite. I’ve recommended my neighbour sells her property with you as I’m sure you will do her the same justice you did for us. Thank you for your hard work and pushing the perticulars. I will most definitely use Mann again.

GoogleBy far the most professional estate agents in Sutton. I did a day of viewings and met with most of the estate agents in the area and Mann came out on top by leaps and bounds. They came prepared and had all the answers to the questions I had to hand (whereas other estate agents either sent their "saturday girl" who knew nothing about the properties or came unprepared and didnt really take my buying as seriously). The buying process continued to impress me. Highly recommend.
Agent replied

GoogleThe team at Mann took thorough care of us and our move. Our search for a property involved speaking to many other estate agents and we found them to be slimy, arrogant and in some cases downright rude and nasty. The team at many were the polar opposite. Warm, friendly, genuinely nice decent people that were so professional for every step. They kept us well informed and helped us through some of the more challenging times. I couldn't recommend any other branch more highly than these guys they're wonderful.
Agent replied

GoogleDO NOT USE TO SELL YOUR HOUSE. It is agents like these that give the professions such a bad name. They do not live up to their promises, will stop at nothing to get and keep your property. Even when I cancelled my contract (14 day cooling off period) they harassed me with a visit (with flowers!) calls, and texts to try to get some viewings. And would not take my property of the internet or return my keys. Their fees are exhorbitant, but v negotiable!
Agent replied
Hi, thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry you feel the service you have received has not met the standard you would expect. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you personally and listen to your feedback, this is valuable to us in improving our customer journey. Please do not hesitate to contact me at the branch on 020 8261 7114

GoogleMe and my partner bought a flat through Mann. We are very happy with help and service Mann provided, particularly Janene and Ben. Mann made an impression of having not only professional, but also truly caring, kind and sincere people. We would recommend dealing with Mann to any seller or buyer. We will definately use them again in the future. Inna and James
