GoogleExtremely disappointed with their deposits division. I will give them a zero star if I could. We checked out of a property and have not received our deposit back. It took a lot of emails and reminders to their deposits team to even receive a reply. No progress at all, same reply after many emails. Highly unprofessional.

GoogleExtremely pushy mortgage advisor was told I couldn’t view property unless I saw her mortgage. Booked a viewing then someone called sajeeda calls and tells me basically I can’t view unless I come to see her first even though I told the girl who I booked viewing with, that I had arranged finances. Forget viewing the property now she’s put a disgusting taste in my mouth. I’d rather go buy elsewhere.

I have been in there 100 times before and the girl on the front always gives them to me and talks about what she is selling. Very disappointed this time

Andrew the branch manager was very helpful and polite in advising me of properties to my specification and budget that were available in the surrounding area. I am still looking at properties but from an initial query point of view, Mann were a fantastic starting point and would reccomend their staff.
