GoogleWe purchased a house from Penny and Sinclair and it was a little bumpy but we have to say Kate dealt with us and the vendors amazingly well. Very responsive and an excellent mediator working out of ours (even though we asked her not to) to resolve our issues. This is what estate agency is meant to be like and the first time in our experience of buying and selling houses where we felt looked after.

GoogleI have always had the most wonderful service from this company, who have been managing my rental property for a decade. This past year and a half, which has been very challenging as I have not been able to be in the UK, Liana the property manager been wonderful, helping me out with all sorts of administrative and practical issues that I could not possibly have managed from abroad. I am so grateful. Highly recommended.

GoogleI listed a property solely with Penny Sinclair and under the direction of Lizanne Simmons, one of the principal agents. I found Ms. Simmons extremely knowledgeable and insightful as to how best to proceed in an extremely difficult market. She quickly guided just the appropriate buyers to my property and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Beyond this, I found whatever information I needed re: details of buying and selling, moving, temporary insurance and other related issues, Ms. Simmons provided immediate and appropriate guidelines. I demanded a lot from this estate agency and from Ms. Simmons and was impressed with the responses I was given.

And she consistently gave us heads-up and guidance in a proactive manner, helping avoid humps and smoothing out the few that came across. GoogleStay away from this agency if you can. We have called or written over a dozen times to get a leaking washing machine fixed, and after 4 or 5 months, still leaking. The water from the washing machine is tripping the electrical circuit, creating a fire hazard. They still won't come. On the other hand, they come every other month (3 visits in 6 months) to take pictures of the inside of the house.

GoogleWe wanted to provide some feedback on our house selling experience. We have just exchanged on the sale of our house at OX2 9RF. Like many house sellers, we went into this process with a very cynical view of estate agents. We were expecting the worst and to have to continually chase and cajole during the process. Immediately upon meeting the manager of the Summertown branch of Penny Sinclair we felt assured - by his knowledge, frankness and openness about the selling process. All of this chimed with our practical experiences and real life. He made us a number of promises on signing. He kept every single one. Our house was on the market with a professional brochure and impressive web-presence within days. We had a full price offer (on which we have just exchanged) within a couple of weeks (our second visit). His team were well briefed and carried on the professional approach which he had conveyed to us. We are incredibly grateful for his deft and empathetic handling of our buyers (and of us!) during what has been a stressful and intense period. We will not hesitate to recommend Penny Sinclair to our relatives and former work colleagues.
