GoogleWe took over a friend's tenancy which was managed by Penny & Sinclair Summertown. Nicola and her colleagues have been very helpful and efficient in assisting us with this. They have also been very patient with us, and always answer our emails promptly. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend them as an agency.

GoogleVery unprofessional, suspect the company owner James Penny of working in an illegal and fraudulent way, have reported him to the relevant authorities. They will not sell your house at the price they think they can, ever, do your research online at other properties they try to sell. They also have not passed on a accurate offers either, turns out I know the owner direct of a property and my offer was not passed on. Highly concerning. Would absolutely not use this company, I am sure they are working in an illegal way.
