GoogleWe have recently bought a house via Penny & Sinclair, Summertown. There were a number of difficulties up the chain in our purchase and Kate was excellent, tenaciously handling every problem, holding the chain together and keeping everyone informed. I can't praise her highly enough.

GooglePenny & Sinclair is the number 1 on my recommendation list - that position had been vacant until I started to work with them early this year. Working with P&S has been an absolute pleasure - all the members on their team are very professional, organised, particularly nice and respectful. I believe they have a special company culture - something secrete that makes every aspect of renting most efficient, relaxed, and heartwarming. Both Chelsea (Senior Lettings Negotiator) for renting the property and communication with the landlord, as well as Rebecca (Senior Property Manager) for the maintenance issues have been most supportive. The colleagues for out-of-hour service always give the best advice and deal with any emergency in a timely manner.

GoogleI've been renting through Penny and Sinclair, with Rebecca Shaw as our property manager, for nine months now. The company is exactly what you would hope for in a letting agency. Every time something has come up (when we wanted to paint, when there was a mould issue that required some repairs, when the washing machine broke down), Penny and Sinclair has not only responded quickly, but also sorted out the situation in a very timely manner. Very happy with this company!

GoogleI am so impressed with my experience selling my flat with Penny and Sinclair in Summertown. The brochure produced was well written, with great photos and floor plan, and turned round very quickly. From start to finish Sean Herdman-Low at Penny Sinclair has been a pleasure to work with, from suggesting a sensible, honest price for the property, to being so proactive in both finding good buyers and then ensuring that the sale progressed well, keeping communication flowing between myself, the buyer and the solicitors. When away, Sean’s excellent colleague Sophie Kaylor stood in, ensuring there was never any lag in the process. I would definitely use this company again, and am happy to recommend them, based on my own experience.

GoogleRenting through Penny & Sinclair, with Chelsea as our main contact, has been a breeze. All paperwork etc during the approval process was smooth and timely. Then when we eventually fetched our keys, we got a lovely welcome box and bag and it was an incredibly smooth process. The inventory we received was slick and detailed with an easy way to make edits and updates through my phone. All queries and issues have been dealt with in the most professional, friendly and efficient way which makes our lives as tenants so much easier. Highly recommended!
