GoogleThey are truly incompetent. I've now paid them 3 months rent to them and was still waiting for my front door key to the flat complex. Only by going in today and getting they to finaly give me their copy did I gain the key. I had been forced to use the side gate this whole time ( which I had to go though the building management company to get the code for not them) and I am still not gotten assces to the garage that was on the listing when we sign but they very quick remove from when I chased the keys( thanks god for screenshots at time of signing).
Would recommend keeping your guard up if you use them .

Incredible service all round when I was selling my flat. Extremely professional and friendly, responsive and honest. Kept me informed throughout the whole process and assured me whenever I started getting a bit nervous. Irina was hugely knowledgeable about my block as well as the area, and knew things before I raised them with her and solutions ready to hand. She worked with me to deal with awful managing agents and issues arising, and dealt with all parties so well. Their ASAP conveyancing sales progressors who they partner with were also amazing and everyone helped me seamlessly through a few hiccoughs with my onward purchase chain as well as my sale which I appreciate massively as this process is so stressful. Can't thank the whole team enough esp. Irina and Dean who clearly went above and beyond and would definitely recommend them to everyone dealing with a purchase or sale. I've had the pleasure (cough?!?!) of dealing with several estate agents in North West London and Oyster are a league above.

GoogleI was asked by a friend to act as a guarantor. After reaching out to Gemma and specifically inquiring about the conditions for being a guarantor, I proceeded to complete the long and complicated process. Despite submitting the necessary supporting documents via the online application, I was asked to email them again. After a couple of days of my friend being constantly stressed and threatened with the possibility of losing the flat she was wishing to rent, I finally received an email stating that I did not meet the guarantor conditions due to insufficient salary. This information was never mentioned in the original email. Had I known about this requirement upfront, I would not have wasted my time, and my friend would not have had to go through such a stressful process. This experience has been very unprofessional and inefficient.

To clarify, the salary requirements, including the need for a guarantor earning £65k if the tenant’s income is below £54k, were communicated to your friend during the application process. When your friend initially applied, she mentioned that her guarantor was earning £100k, but this later changed as the first guarantor did not meet the affordability criteria. I made it clear at that time that a second guarantor with the required income would be needed to proceed.
These criteria are part of our referencing process through Goodlord, and the salary requirements are listed there for transparency. Throughout the process, we were in constant communication with your friend, who handled the situation calmly, and we explored all available options to find a solution.
We truly understand the frustration and stress this caused, and we will continue to work on improving our communication to ensure expectations are clear from the start.

FacebookI have rented a detached house from Oyster , which they didn’t do a proper inventory check out. There are many repairing needed and some even safety/ fire hazards. The agent - Kumar is not responsive and his manager Sajur ignore our complaint. It has been a month but no one follows up with all the repairs needed. Terrible agency! If all landlords would need to reconsider to let this agency to manage your properties, as they used tissue paper to stuff the hole on the wall and let the mould grows without action.
