GoogleThanks to Jack and Philip at In House Wallingford for their work in getting our move through. They were responsive and kept things moving when things were in danger of bogging down due to volume of work at the solicitors. They were acting for both our sale and purchase and we're delighted with both ends. They even referred us to a great removals company, Albatross Express, which made things much easier on the day. GoogleA genuinely lovely group of people to deal with, particularly Phil & Diane. For our first home, it was a great buying experience. Always helpful throughout, whether it was questions about the town, property or buying process generally - In House were always there for a chat or advice, and very good with keeping us up to date with everything. Their recommendations for a mortgage broker and solicitor were both excellent, and made the process really smooth! Certainly 5 stars from us, and we’d happily recommend In House.

GoogleYesterday we completed the sale on our House. I am sure in the current climate that being an estate agent can't be easy and buyers hard to come by. Phil at InHouse was absolutely first class, when showing our buyer around a different house he realised that our house would be perfect for what the buyer was looking for. After a couple of viewings an offer was received that was acceptable to all. Phil has been professional throughout the sale of our house keeping me informed an up to date without overdoing it. We can't thank you enough! I would recommend InHouse to sell your house everytime!
