The photography was excellent and having gone on the market in early December, the house was sold on 11th January. The whole team were brilliant but in particular Jemma worked so hard at the final hurdle. She chased people and managed to pull the whole transaction together. She chased the Completion date for me so that we managed to Exchange today. Thank you to Jemma and the whole team. From the very beginning you have all been above and beyond helpful. You ferried documents to and fro for me as, with a fractured spine , I couldn't get into the office. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. An advertising board installed by them at a nearby property fell and landed on my car, causing damage. When I contacted them, they immediately denied responsibility, stating that because they believe the sign was installed correctly they are not liable. Regardless of the explanation, the fact remains that a board installed by their company became detached and damaged my vehicle. I was expecting a more responsible and helpful response, especially given they claim to carry public liability insurance. Instead, I was told to claim through my own car insurance. Very frustrating situation and poor customer service when dealing with the consequences of their installation. All in all, if you don’t want problems with your neighbours don’t use them and save yourself a headache
