I have been using GNB for many years now in my Sales Based Estate Agency. Having been in agency for over 45 years I come from an age before even Fax Machines! Prior to GNB I use two other systems and one got purchased by a major portal who them tripled the price and reduced the service! (No surprise there!) The other was cheap and basic and I soon realised I would have been better off going back pen and paper. From the first day I installed GNB I was blown away and the continued updates and improvements are amazing. I asked if I could incorporate What Three Words into my system and hey presto, two weeks later it happened! The latest AI photo editor takes my presentation to a whole new level and costs less than the previous photo enhancing service who took overnight to process. Now my changes are instant. If you are considering GNB. Take it from me....do it. You will not regret it.

Inhouse helped me get my first flat and on the housing ladder. Almost a month in and I'm already very settled in my new home. Diane was very helpful on my viewing and offered me sound advice as I've never done this before. When the offer was accepted I was put in the very helpful hands of Annie, who helped push along the solicitors/ conveyancing process. The only thing that let it down was that The sale took longer than perhaps should have been, but no fault in InHouse and I am very grateful to have managed to get a place. Absolutely great estate agents especially Annie who pushed our sale along. You're not meant to have favourites but Annie was our favourite. If you need to buy or sell a house I would contact them, and even if you don't need to buy a house I would pop in anyway because maybe you meant to buy a house but forgot to put it on your shopping list and are going to feel pretty silly when you get home. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we picked up the keys which was a really nice extra touch that was much appreciated. 100% recommended if you're wanting to flog or be flogged a house.

I use Inhouse to rent my property and the service is excellent, most of that is down to Jon Pepper who has the best customer service I've ever come across. The other staff are always so polite and go out of their way to help and Kat has been really helpful of late too. Communication for me is so important as a customer and Inhouse make sure you are kept in the loop with everything and always contact you back when they say they will. They have helped me so much through this last year with advice and support going over and above. I would use them everytime and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!
