Really great experience with in house letting. John made time to show us around 4 properties at very short notice and really made an effort to understand what we were wanting rather than sell just anything like many other lettings agents we came across. We had a extremely productive day and put an offer down on the day. The move in went smoothly too and we are looking forward to working with them as our property management! Great service!

We just bought a house through Thomas Morris and they were excellent! Everyone in the team was a pleasure to work with and Erin was a true superstar. We had weekly (sometimes daily) updates whenever there was a change or movement in our chain and Erin even helped secure extra surveys and quotes on the house for us. Thank you so much for all your help over the past year. You guys have been amazing! From the moment we moved to In House we haven’t looked back. They are really proactive, with an extremely friendly ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Ryan, Phil and Adam were all fantastic! Ryan has been brilliant and pretty much managed the process right from the beginning keeping us up to date with everything and always being available if we ever had any queries. Phil was amazing at the end, his determination means we are now in our dream home! Adam was great with the viewings too. I think they provide a service that is above and beyond your regular estate agent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We had been thinking of moving for a while and initially instructed Tepilo to list our property which turned out to be a monumental error of judgement! Thankfully, Thomas Morris came to the rescue and worked closely with us, not only in selling our property inside 4 weeks, but also finding and securing our dream home. The staff are all very driven and experienced and genuinely do their best to help make the difference. In particular, it was Katy's cool head which helped us secure our move. Justyna has also been a great support in helping us to plan the finances. In truth, everyone at the branch has been wonderful. I really can't recommend them highly enough and, should we ever move again, we wouldn't think twice in using them again. When considering the results, the fees represent good value for money. I would never ever recommend Purple Bricks or Tepilo to anyone based on my experience. A good local agent like Thomas Morris makes all the difference and removes all the associated stress.
