Jemma Woodroff was faultless - never a delay in a response or update from her, no chasing up was needed - she did everything first time round she said she would and some! Which was a huge blessing during a stressful time. She was always helpful, professional, friendly and reassuring. No hesitation in recommending her or her colleagues.

GoogleOutstanding customer service from Phil and the team in the Didcot office. We had four viewings within four days of putting our house on the market and had accepted an offer within a week, at 98% of our asking price! Throughout the sale and purchase of our new house Phil was exceptional at chasing everyone in our chain and keeping us up to date. We had previously been skeptical about the need for estate agents but In House has really proved their value in selling our home. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe considered three estate agencies and ultimately chose 'In House', Wallingford branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough - their valuations are realistic and their communication throughout the selling process was faultless. Philip and his team are highly professional, supportive and friendly. If I ever sell again, I will not hesitate to use In House again. Unlike many other estate agents, what they say, is what they do.

GoogleTerrible service. Made it way to complicated for us to use as a small business, we ended up figuring our our own redundancies. Locking small companies in for a minimum 3 years is only good for them. Businesses change constantly, we scale up and scale down as many other great business do. Not these guys. BEWARE!
