GoogleAfter approaching a few letting agents we settled on Northwood. We liked their keenness to get the property rented and Sam was the only agent to reach out pro actively and show enthusiasm about getting the property marketed. Everything was very swift, from photographing the property, getting it online and arranging viewings. We’ll definitely use Northwood & request for Sam’s help again!

GoogleI've known Northwoods both for their lettings and sales teams. I've not got much to comment on the lettings side, it's just fine. Callum from the sales team however has been great to work with - he's very responsive and quick to act, which is so important in a challenge such as buying a first home. When I made my offer for the flat, he handled this so quickly that my offer was accepted on the same day and the process kickstarted from there. He's a great case manager and point of contact between the seller and me. He was also very efficient in arranging for the removal of items I did not want to keep in the flat. In a tedious and relatively stressful process, Callum was always someone I could count on for quick response or action. Great job!

Whilst he was on holiday Callum covered and showed a similar level of diligence and care. Since moving into the property Essy and Northwoods have continued to deliver a high standard of service. GoogleWe viewed a property a few times with Callum and eventually went through purchasing said property. During viewings Callum would give us enough time to look around ourselves and take our time. During the purchasing process Callum was really easy to get in contact with and would keep us well updated on our purchase. He let us in to the property when we had to do out move before completion (but around exchange of contract). He also took photos of the electric meter for us and passed on queries to the seller.

GoogleMy wife and I have been letting our two BTL properties through Northwood St Albans Ltd for ten years and have consistently experienced exemplary customer service, especially in achieving high quality tenants. Recently our four-bedroom town house required a new tenant to be found as quickly as possible. The entire process was personally handled by Northwood’s Lettings Manager Sam Jeffries with total professionalism. The initial marketing of the property was excellently presented and produced a very good selection of potential tenants quickly. Tenants viewed within a few days of enquiring about the town house, tenant accord was achieved in a few days, references finalised within two weeks and the check in went brilliantly. A big thank you goes to Sam Jeffries as the entire process was run from day 1 of marketing to move in without one single issue. We would highly recommend Northwood St Albans to every Landlord and also perhaps every tenant! DML & AML 22.05.24

GoogleBoth Samuel and Alex were so helpful and always responded to my millions of questions promptly. Wish I'd gone with them from the start, would have saved me a great deal of time. Samuel called me up as soon as a flat I was looking for was available and had everything tied up in a couple of days. Definitely recommend using Northwood and particularly Alex and Samuel.

Throughout our tenancy, she`s been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I encountered any maintenance issues in the property.
