GoogleHaving lived in my large centrally located apartment in central St Albans for over 10 years, I thought the time had come to explore the possibility of renting it and moving slightly out of 'town' to a smaller apartment as a tenant. (I put some stuff into storage - all part of a cunning plan). From the moment I first walked into the branch at the end of July, I experienced an exceptional level of service from everyone I have communicated with particularly from Samuel Jeffries, the Lettings Manager, whose communication and knowledge relating to me becoming both a landlord and a tenant has been second to none. Importantly for me, Samuel obviously shared my philosophy of treating people fairly and proportionately. I look forward to a long-term business relationship with Northwood, St Albans safe in the knowledge that I will receive a prompt, professional and personal service. Highly recommended.

They kept us informed with helpful guidance on the tenancy agreement, were proactive and responsive to various questions we had. Emily remained engaged, seeing the handover process through to the final stage, which we appreciated. I would recommend Northwood service, which we have used on a number of occasions over the last few years.

GoogleHad a really great experience getting help with my mother's meter not working. Elizabeth was very supportive, compassionate and efficient at actioning and providing regular updates to myself. The situation was painfully complex and Elizabeth never came across annoyed or frustrated in our communications over the phone or email. Very professional and I'm grateful for all the work that went into resolving this.

GoogleEmily at Northwood has been excellent at helping us find a property in St Albans. We were completely new to the area so had lots of questions which Emily easily answered and she's made us very excited to move here. I can not recommend the guys at Northwood Estates enough. They sold my mother's house and she then purchased a house with them. From start to finish they are probably the best Estate agents I've ever dealt with and I've moved 9 times! My mother's move was a very emotional one and their expertise, care and attention was second to none. One of the smoothest transactions ever and so stress free up until the usual end waiting for the exchange to happen!!! Callum was our main contact, but we also dealt with Marc the manager. Genuinely great and honest people which you often don't expect in this industry. If you're considering moving these are the people I only recommend to use. Thanks guys, we're so very grateful and very very happy.

I have used Northwood a number of years now and everyone is fantastic there. A big shout out to Elizabeth Smyth resolving a matter with my energy bill. She took the time to understand the issue and persistently called the provider to ensure the problem was resolved. Nothing was too much trouble her, she also documented everything clearly in all her emails which was super helpful.

Makes sure the repairs and any works that take place are appropriate and to the correct standards.
