North Estates is an independent estate agency founded in 2008 by husband and wife team Nick & Nicky North, specialising in all aspects of residential sales within St Albans and the surrounding villages. Nick North is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents NAEA with over 20 years experience successfully selling property in Hertfordshire. Nicky North comes from a PR/marketing background which compliments Nicks experience in the business bringing a unique eye to detail normally lacking in most estate agencies. Today over 60% of their business comes from recommendations and this is largely due to the personal approach and professionalism that Nick and Nicky put into their work.

When moving home you speak to a lot of estate agents with varying degrees of service and quality. I found North Estates to be incredibly professional, with great market knowledge and a good understanding of what I needed both in buying and selling. GoogleNorth Estates sold my flat in St Albans and I had a really positive experience with them. Nicky and Nick were both really friendly and helpful and were happy to explain things to me where necessary. They marketed my flat well and managed to get me an offer in good time, especially in the current market. They also had competitive prices. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They kept me fully informed and managed to arrange viewings for the house on almost a weekly basis. All viewings were followed by feedback and all calls were answered promptly.
