I instructed North Estates on the sale of my property in St Albans. From the beginning to the end of the process they provided a faultless service. Nicky did a great job of marketing the property and was always available to show prospective purchasers around. They invest a lot in the marketing process, including a 360 virtual viewing which proved very useful in the current climate! Nick dealt with the negotiation side of things and the post-sale process. They say moving house is one of life's most stressful events but he was so on top of things (chasing third parties, providing advice etc.) it made the process very smooth. Both Nick and Nicky are genuinely lovely people who cannot do enough for their clients. I did a lot of homework before instructing agents and I have no regrets with my choice whatsoever - thank you again North Estates!

Nick and Nicky did a fantastic job at selling our home. The images and 360 of the house were of high quality, and they took their time to get to know us and our home, giving us complete confidence in them holding viewings. Our house sold within a couple of weeks - and although there were many delays with the upwards chain - they kept us regularly updated, frequently liaising with agents and solicitors in the rest of the chain. We recently sold our bungerlow in Bricket Wood and used North Estates for the sale, both Nicky and Nick were very professional in all aspects of the selling process. In all circumstances they both went over and above our expectations. Nicky presented our property to all the viewings and produced an extremely professional brochure which included a 3D visual tour. Nick communicated constantly during the negotiations and took all the stress away from us while keeping positive and enthusiastic at all times. We recently needed to sell our flat in St Albans and we chose North Estates through a recommendation from a friend. We were really impressed with their services. Both Nicky and Nick were very encouranging to us from the very start. They made great efforts to market our flat effectively and produced a professional brochure which presented our flat at its best. We used North Estates for our move this summer and I cannot recommend them highly enough - a 5 star service! We have had issues in the past with estate agents and I would go as far as to say it was a pleasure working with Nicky and Nick. They are honest, very clearly hard working and always available...none of this avoiding calls which we’ve experienced in the past. Working with a smaller team to sell a property is much better than a bigger branch because you’re passed to numerous people as the sale progresses, but with North Estates they know exactly what’s going on at all times and what you’re after. Nicky and Nick are always on ‘your side’ and work very hard to get you what you want. You end up developing a really nice working relationship which is really refreshing. We had a few issues towards the end and I have to say Nick went above and beyond to solve this issues which we are incredibly grateful for. I would want to use North Estates for future moves, just unfortunate that we moved out of the area!

Dealing with Norths as both a buyer and seller I can honestly say they have been nothing but exceptional on both occasions. I can not recommend North Estates enough if you are looking to buy or sell a property. Nick and Nicky are friendly and professional and always go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Amazing estate agents - very efficient and professional at all times. All their houses match up to the ad's and are not shot with these exaggerated fish eye lenses! Houses in fact looked larger in person compared to photos which was a nice surprise. Nicky was very informative when showing us around properties and Nick was very hands on in dealing with the purchase once it was underway. The house was very well priced too for what we got and no pushy sales tactics either unlike a few other agents in St Albans. Highly recommended and would love to use their services again in the future.
