Amazing estate agents - very efficient and professional at all times. All their houses match up to the ad's and are not shot with these exaggerated fish eye lenses! Houses in fact looked larger in person compared to photos which was a nice surprise. Nicky was very informative when showing us around properties and Nick was very hands on in dealing with the purchase once it was underway. The house was very well priced too for what we got and no pushy sales tactics either unlike a few other agents in St Albans. Highly recommended and would love to use their services again in the future.

Thanks so much Nick and Nicky North for doing such an amazing job of selling our house for us! The marketing of the property was very professional (head and shoulders above competitors) and Nicky was a pleasure to deal with when booking viewings. Nick worked incredibly hard arranging viewings - we always felt sure he would secure us a sale. When our house sale fell through twice (post the Brexit vote), Nick and Nicky worked tirelessly on our behalf to find new buyers, which they did swiftly both times. Nick was amazing at providing us with updates, advice and pushing the sale along, which we really valued - it made a very stressful situation far less so. We highly recommend North Estates as a professional and pain-free estate agents to sell your property with.

My experience of Nick and Nick and attention paid to selling my property. y was outstanding, from the professionalism of their valuation to the arrangements made for b=viewings, the feedback from these and the focus on getting my property sold. Their work did not end at the offer. Their approach to negotiating an acceptable offer and seeing that though to contact was all that I would have expected.
