It seems that their lack of scruples is monumental.

Hi James, we are saddened to read your comments about our team at St Albans. I have spoken with the Lettings Manager within the branch to discuss your feedback who has advised me that we were instructed by the Landlord on an introduction only level of service and this can be evidenced on our system. The introduction only service meant that we marketed the property however our involvement ended once you as the tenant moved into the property. As the Landlord is selling the property through another agent they instructed us to service notice on yourself which we have done but can assure you we have in no way had any influence in the Landlords decision. I hope this helps provide some clarity around the situation, should you wish to discuss this further then please contact the branch on 01727 862999 as know they would be more than happy to discuss and go over this with you. Eight months on and I'm still happy to give Leaders a 5-star rating. Louise, Jane and Amber have all been exceptional in good, clear and prompt communication during our tenancy, and have been a pleasure to work with. Most recently, Louise assisted us with some contract renewal aspects that really gave us peace of mind and confidence.
PREVIOUS POST: Recently (May-June 2018) used Leaders to help us move into St. Albans. Staff were very friendly and professional, but at first seemed a bit casual about things that were concerning us. However, they were very good at reassuring us with good communication and the processes that directly involved Leaders went smoothly first time, each time.
