Leaders listened to what was needed at the start of my property search and found one that went beyond expectations. The friendly team at Leaders St Albans have responded promptly to all queries and the contractors have been reliable and efficient when needed. The property checks are carried out with plenty of notice and with respect to privacy. As a tenant, I'd highly recommend Leaders St Albans.

GoogleI have worked with Leaders for years now. In the capacity of a landlord and as a client selling property. In regards to working with them on the landlord side it has been the best experience. I have multiple properties that I have rented and this is one of the best experiences I have had. Louise in particular has been a pleasure to work with, always taking initiative and only contacting me when needed. I trust her judgement entirely and am able to run those properties from another country because of it. In relation to selling a property again it has been the best experience. They advised the right sale price which allowed multiple interested parties and therefore a quick sale. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe approached Scott Flanagan who was refered through a friend. He helped us find our apartment in St Albans. Apart from being very smart, professional and always early. His market knowledge was very helpful. We must have been a pain to deal with as we wanted to see everything but he was always responsive and happy to take as soon as possible. Even when we approached other agents because of other listings, he gave us great advise. We are very happy that he found us our apartment in the end and we recomend him to all of our friends and family.
