It seems that their lack of scruples is monumental.
I am deeply disgusted and I would tell everyone ot stay way clear of their "double standard" services (to themselves).

I have spoken with the Lettings Manager within the branch to discuss your feedback who has advised me that we were instructed by the Landlord on an introduction only level of service and this can be evidenced on our system. The introduction only service meant that we marketed the property however our involvement ended once you as the tenant moved into the property. As the Landlord is selling the property through another agent they instructed us to service notice on yourself which we have done but can assure you we have in no way had any influence in the Landlords decision. I hope this helps provide some clarity around the situation, should you wish to discuss this further then please contact the branch on 01727 862999 as know they would be more than happy to discuss and go over this with you.
