I have been searching for a new home for the past seven months with Frost, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. While many reviews praise their helpfulness towards couples, my experience has been quite the opposite, as a single parent. Darcie has been of no help throughout this process. The new manager isn't any better. I can't help but feel that discrimination is at play. A letting agent's role is to keep clients in the loop, regularly checking in once they’ve registered to see if they are still looking. After being registered with Frost for seven months, I would expect to be one of the first people contacted when a property within my budget becomes available. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. In contrast, I've just registered with another agency, and within a week, they called to let me know if a property was no longer available or to check if I was still looking. This is how a professional letting agency should operate. Frost's lack of communication and apparent disregard for my search is unacceptable. I expected much more from them based on their reviews, but my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I hope they improve their services and treat all clients with the attention and respect they deserve.

A special shout out to Melanie Hughes who was our property manager its all because of her and your professional approach in managing the property while at the same time being a strong advocate for the interests of both the parties involved. Also the renting team who kept me updated on a regular basis to find a new property. Although i did not move to a property managed by them as a bit of parting advice Melanie went an extra mile advising me on my rights as a tenent and what should I keep an eye out for.
