I would not recommend rentals through…

I would not recommend rentals through Frosts St Albans. Issues took time to sort during the rental but the worst was getting our deposit returned. They were fully on the landlords side, permitting charges being applied for ‘remedial works’ (a screw to hold wobbly furniture to the wall) outside of the check out report with quotes from a company that weren’t even registered on companies house and just typed up on word. We also caught them providing inaccurate information to the landlord which we called them out on and we had to go via the deposit dispute procedure which found partly in our favour. They only care about keeping the landlord happy, not being fair to tenants. Avoid.

Frost's came to our rescue after a 'Free' online Estate Agent was unable to sell our property for the asking price. Frost's did a fantastic job, securing over the asking price! That's when you realise the idea of selling your property for free isn't reality. I also did't realise how important the sales progression side is! I truly believe that without Frost's we would have sold our flat for less and probably would have lost the opportunity to buy the place we moved to.
