The Frost Agency Property Management Team and Sheetal has always been very helpful and supportive, whatever happens - if we had any repairs, issues or question they we’re always quick to respond and sort things out. We’ve lived in the flat 2.5years and if moving back to the area and need to rent, we’ll happily use them again. Out contact person, Sheetal is a lovely lady, always helpful and easy to speak to plus on the ball when sorting things out or chasing contractors. We recently had an issue with the boiler and it was sorted quickly plus she checked on us to make sure that there was progress and the issue was sorted. The contractors used by them have also been top notch, on time, tidy and cooperative. Very happy with Frost, 5* service and special thanks to Sheetal.

Frosts have been truly amazing in the purchase of our house in St Albans. We were new to the area, after initially missing out, Frosts kept us in the loop when it came back to market and we instantly snapped it up. They managed to save our vendors chain from collapsing and helped us secure our dream house. They helped manage a fair price for all parties, helped us navigate through the process and kept on top of all parties to ensure completion went smoothly. I was initially worried that given Frosts is the biggest agent (I think?), that we’d lose the personal touch but found it to be the complete opposite. I can’t speak speak highly enough of Neil and Ben who helped navigate some challenging moments in the chain. I will both definitely use Frosts again and highly recommend them.

We have just relocated to St Albans and purchased our new home through Frosts. I cannot recommend them enough, the team (particularly Neil and Ben) were incredibly helpful. They worked expeditiously to push through the sale without ever pressurising and managed the entire process with ease. Every staff member we met from viewing assistants to sales progression were incredibly professional. Neil even went out of his way to drop the keys off to us at the property on completion day. We will definitely be using Frosts should we ever decide to move!

I called last week and also exchanged a few emails in an attempt to arrange a viewing for a property in Bricket Wood. I followed up several times to see whether the seller had come back with any suitable days or times, but unfortunately, Frosts never got back to me. The property is still on the market, so sadly the seller will never know that they could potentially had first-time buyers interested in the property. It’s really disappointing, particularly as I made several attempts to arrange a viewing and was simply left without a response.

Olly to the rescue! For anyone looking for their next place is a stressful time. Having been at a viewing on a Monday evening after work through another estate agent in slight despair my wife and I entered Frosts nearing closing time but this was no issue for Olly who took his time to register us listening to our wants and needs. Olly then booked us in for 2 properties to see which matched our requirements. I frankly tell you guys, not many letting agent in St Albans is helpful, friendly and professional (real personal experience), however, Frost’s is different, because they have Mr Oliver Banks. From the first day we pop to their branch, to every email afterward, Oliver shown how his friendly help and professional service by introducing different property, arranging view, replying email prompt and accurate. People always feel having a hidden wall between agent and customer, but Oliver can break this wall. He knows what you want, and provide what you need. This was our very first lettings experience with Frost's estate agents St Albans. Oliver Banks who was in touch with us throughout the process was very helpful and made sure all our queries were resolved promptly. Olly was very polite, extremely professional and a friendly person. He explained the whole process really well and we had a smooth experience from start to the finish. He agreed to let us do a second viewing of the property too! I would also like to specially mention Clinton who showed us around the property (twice) and was more than happy to answer all our questions. And definitely not the least, Rose, who helped us find properties by sending regular emails and was helpful over the phone for the lettings process. In fact everyone at Frost's are doing a great job! Sheetal from Property management services was extremely helpful and prompt in her service. We had an issue with the boiler and it was fixed on the same day which was brilliant considering how freezing it was outside and the radiators were not heating up in the house!!
