I'm so impressed with the service. Daniela was kind, patient, friendly, professional and helpful right from day 1 the entire way through a complicated purchase. She really went over and above what was expected of her. Thank you Daniela. Rochelle was professional, tenacious and brilliant at her job of getting the purchase over the line for when we wanted it. There were some initial delays outside of her control but as soon as we told her the dates we needed to exchange and complete by she just made it happen. So responsive and easy to work with. Thank you Rochelle. And David who brokered our mortgage! We had no clue (being first time buyers) but David held our hand, explained all the options to us in a way we could really understand, patiently went through different scenarios and relentlessly looked for a better deal for us, even getting back in touch to say a new deal has entered the market and he can do everything behind the scenes to transition to that one. He was friendly, responsive, professional and made the paperwork feel easy. We'll absolutely be working with David again when our mortgage expires. We'll also be coming straight back to Frosts when we next come to let or sell our house, we're so impressed. I'd heard estate agents could be difficult to deal with but absolutely not the case here. I've been associated with Frost's for 3 years both as a buyer and seller, I've to say that there are very few estate agents who would take great pride in putting the requirements of the client first and the relationship rather than pushing for a sale. I'm glad that I found Frost's and the marvelous team who helped find our dream home. I can't thank enough of how helpful Matthew Brand and team (Marshalwick branch) have been, the entire team has been very patient with us right from initial conversations through to completion. If you'd like an estate agent who is professional, empathetic (Listens carefully to what your requirements) and assists/guides you at every step and thrives on building relationship with the client then Frost's are the ones that I highly recommend. Good service from start to finish. The buyer who bought my house was particularly difficult to deal with, and Frosts did a good job of managing both him and my expectations of sale price. I would recommend Frosts in particular, as they have a dedicated member of staff, Rochelle, who effectively progresses sales from the point of accepting the offer through to completion. Selling a house in these difficult times is no mean feat, and Frosts managed this and allowed me to move on with my life.

Found our dream flat in St. Albans with Frost's after trying a couple other estate agents. Very professional service and staff that helped us navigate properties within our budget. A year on and we've had no issues at all - any queries we've had have been dealt with quickly and politely. Kitty Hills has been our property manager and we have nothing but kind words to say about her. Overall a 10/10 service and rating to both Frost's and Kitty.

I had my initial viewings in the St. Albans area through Frost’s and from the start they were diligent and consistent in keeping in touch even though I do not live locally. In addition to sending through potential properties over the course of more than a year, they continued to engage through phone calls and emails to check in from time to time. Daniela Buondonna was very efficient in setting up appointments and also highly communicative and prompt in answering any questions I had; Sarah Twigg was also very personable in answering enquiries. While ultimately I did not find my property of choice through Frost’s, my overall experience with the agency, including the agent who guided me through the viewings, was excellent and I would recommend this agency for their personal touch and their extensive knowledge of the local area.

Myself and my husband were making a move from Scotland to England so understandably anxious about finding the right place for us in St Albans. Rose was fantastic at not only finding us a suitable place that was “quirky “ as I had described, but thereafter maintaining communication until we had actually moved. We never felt harassed ( as you often do by other letting agents) and she would reply immediately via email or answer the call. Any wee question regarding the property was no issue and the whole thing went very smoothly. Rose is a very genuine person and professional and approachable. We were in a position where we had to move quickly and were nervous about renting after being property owners for the last few years. We were prepared for a tough process, as purchasing our previous home had been a bit of a nightmare (with a different agent), but Frosts was friendly, prompt, and always communicative with how the purchase was proceeding. Rented through Frosts for 2 Years. Samantha has been our property manager for that period and as an individually is a star, the property Management team as a whole though are fantastic in our experience. Customer service is brilliant, and they are always on hand to talk through any issues or questions.
