We took a property under tenancy from Frost in Dec 2019 and they are simply amazing in terms of showing the property, assisted us through smooth moving and also ensured that we had a comfortable time at property. Our property contact Chloe Weston is extremely helpful to respond to us for any property works and during extending our contacts for two years. Would highly recommend Frost for any letting in St Albans.

Part Sales Progressor, part Therapist, Rochelle Collins was outstanding in her role at all times during my recent property purchase with Frost's. The transaction was by no means straight forward, and sadly my experience of buying property for the first time consisted of four months of cowboy conveyancing. Without Rochelle's unrelenting efforts to fill the gaps in professionalism, I would in all likelihood have had to pull out of the purchase, due to the impact this process was having on my personal life. Fortunately this was not the case, with Rochelle being on hand at a moments notice to support in any way she possibly could. I would highly advise anyone to use Frost's estate agents in St Albans as a result of this experience, and will always be very grateful for how Rochelle in particular went above and beyond on so many occasions, where other estate agents likely would have got fed up and stopped picking up the phone (can't say I'd blame them given how dismal the circumstances were at times). Thank you Rochelle and Frosts!!!

This particular branch has a very unique team, it is clear they all work really well with each other. Rose Johnson (Letting Negotiator) was absolutely outstanding in all areas of customer services. She was so attentive and vocal throughout the whole procedure, showing me support and enthusiasm even when things wasn’t going as smoothly. Rose really made this whole process a lot easier and completely stress free. Rose kept me in the loop the whole time, even just to re-assure me of where we are with the process and what we’re waiting for. I felt Rose really understood me and my partners needs and I can honestly say I’ve never received such great services anywhere else. The other members of the team were also lovely and polite. The other team members which were not related to me where also extremely helpful. Anytime I called the phone was picked up almost instantly, and if ever the person I called wasn’t available, they always made sure they called me right back. Massive thank you to Rose Johnson for going the extra mile throughout the whole process, it was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with someone so helpful and I am so grateful for all your hard work and efforts. You have truly lovely person and an asset to this branch. I have spent the past few weeks finding a flat to rent in St Albans and Frosts have helped me all the way. I think of the hundreds of times I have called I have only got the answerphone once and anyone who answers is SO helpful and friendly. Oliver Banks has seen me through to getting the place I get the keys to next week (heard today) and I cannot tell you how excited I am. I have been searching for a new home for the past seven months with Frost, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. While many reviews praise their helpfulness towards couples, my experience has been quite the opposite, as a single parent. Darcie has been of no help throughout this process. The new manager isn't any better. I can't help but feel that discrimination is at play. A letting agent's role is to keep clients in the loop, regularly checking in once they’ve registered to see if they are still looking. After being registered with Frost for seven months, I would expect to be one of the first people contacted when a property within my budget becomes available. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. In contrast, I've just registered with another agency, and within a week, they called to let me know if a property was no longer available or to check if I was still looking. This is how a professional letting agency should operate. Frost's lack of communication and apparent disregard for my search is unacceptable. I expected much more from them based on their reviews, but my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I hope they improve their services and treat all clients with the attention and respect they deserve.
