GoogleDrove an hour for a viewing. Confirmation text message received the night before. But nobody at the property to let us in and no call or explanation from the agent and unresponsive on the phone. I’ll stick to other agents I think.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. Staff are all well trained and verz friendly and helpful, one feels welcome. Easy to use website, too, also for Maintenance issues, very short turn around time, they react almost instantly and get things sorted quickly and efficient. Always helpful and responsive. GoogleHouse buying is often stressful anyway, but Ashtons made it much much worse. We were constantly misled and had unreasonable levels of pressure put on us (eg .being routinely told we were holding up the chain when it was their client, not us.). I've previously bought a house where the sellers didn't move out on completion. I would rather repeat that than ever deal with Ashtons again.

GoogleAwful management company. Takes months for them to sort anything. Caused me so much stress. Even nearly a year on the issues are not resolved. It doesn't matter how many times you call or email, they have all the excuses in the world.
