I’m a private, multi property landlord. These guys looked more viewings than the other agent I instructed, and i’m happy with the quality of prospective tenants that were shown around. Instructed on the Friday, tenancy agreed on the Monday! Above all, communication has been excellent, and I have an agent that can WhatsApp you rather than phone you every five minutes is much easier to deal with on a busy day.

After working along side many estate agents for many years I can genuinely say they are the best by a long mile. No hidden charges. No baffling paperwork. We didn't end up buying our house through Mann's Locks Heath branch but we were so impressed with Laura H, the estate agent that accompanied us on a couple of viewings of properties being sold by the Locks Heath branch, that we wanted to give feedback anyway. Laura H was absolutely brilliant and a very nice and friendly person. She was highly organised and prepared, and knew a lot of detail about the two houses while she was showing us around. She wasn't at all pushy and was trying to get a clear idea of what we were looking for in a home and how the places she was accompanying us around matched up. Laura H is the best estate agent we've dealt with on viewings and I would highly recommend Mann's Locks Heath branch to those selling their homes in that area.

When i was looking for place in Park Gate, i accidentally approached MANN in locksheath shopping area . I never thought that would turn to long , good and pleasant relationship. After letting them know my requirements, one of the star representative Lee Rawson took us to show bunch of the places to suit our need. We had the pleasure of using Mann estate agents in Locks Heath as needed to rent a property and found the service very friendly and helpful.
