GoogleHighly professional, discrete and effective, we would recommend the office at Locks Heath without reservation. Dan, Nicole and Lee made the whole process so easy and their subsequent management of the property has been thorough. They are approachable, friendly and courteous. This is an exceptional agent.

GoogleI was worried about being a first time seller and then buyer, but quickly realised I’d made the right decision with Mann. I felt supported through the whole process, the team were professional and prompt in responding to questions. I felt they genuinely looked after my interests and made every effort to help me with my property search- nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again!

GoogleThe whole team have been so helpful as for Lee he has been such a great help and so professional with the whole process Regarding this feedback I would not recommend this firm to anyone as they leave you without a shower for over 2months and then when you leave make lies about the state of the property saying it is dirty when having a professional cleaning service clean it from top to bottom So if you want a company that rips you off then go here

GoogleI was in need of a small rental property very quickly. I called into the office to talk to Jenna and as luck would have it she had a property that she thought would work. She contacted the Landlord and between them they arranged for me and my little dog to move very quickly. Thank you so much and also to her colleagues who helped when she was on Annual Leave. GoogleI started off with one of these internet based estate agents who promise the earth. Consequently they dragged me along for several months and never got a person through the door. I took a chance and went to a local estate agent. This is a company with a much more personal touch that's in tune with the local market and as it turns out a much better way of selling because they had loads of people through the door carefully weaving their way through Covid lockdowns and after all was said and done they have sold my flat for me. I always got called back the same day and my queries were always dealt with expediently. They are friendly, helpful and honest and I'd recommend them every time.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMann did not sell our home. They were however aware that we were selling and looking for a new property. They telephoned regularly to see how our sale was progressing and kept us informed of properties that we may have been interested in. The day after we sold Olivia arranged a viewing of a property she thought was suitable for us. It was and we bought it. If MANN customer service is this good when buying then I have no doubt they would be excellent if you are sellingPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI’m a private, multi property landlord. These guys looked more viewings than the other agent I instructed, and i’m happy with the quality of prospective tenants that were shown around. Instructed on the Friday, tenancy agreed on the Monday! Above all, communication has been excellent, and I have an agent that can WhatsApp you rather than phone you every five minutes is much easier to deal with on a busy day.
