GoogleStaff are very friendly, with quick responses to my emails. They we’re amazing and very supportive when sorting my move to a different property after the landlord pulled out 5 days before the move(no fault of Enfields). India answered every email/query quickly and very friendly …no matter how silly I thought the question might be, ever email got a response. They went above and beyond, even printed my parking permit for me on move in day and on my second day when I couldn’t work out the hot water they sent someone out to assist me within the hour. Best estate agents I’ve used so far!

GoogleMelissa and her colleagues were very helpful when we had any queries or issues. They responded in a timely manner and provided clear guidance on what we needed to do when we were moving out. They always gave sufficient notice for inspections or entry into the apartment and all documents were completed online meaning we only visited the office to pick up the keys.

GoogleEnfields have been great lettings agents so far! We've been renting with them around 3 years now, and they've always been 'on it'! Really professional, quick to respond and friendly. I'd probably go as far to say, it's one of the first time we've rented, whereby it feels a help (rather than hinderance!) to have a Lettings Agent sit between us and the landlords.

GoogleEnfields manage a property next to me. They appointed one of their builders to bodge a fence post repair (screwed some 4x2 to it instead of replacing the post), who came onto my property without permission, damaged cabling and then weren't honest about it. I found out when things weren't working! My house CCTV picked up the incident and despite a phone call and 2 letters, Enfields decided to be very unprofessional and just ignore me. They never apologised, they never took the opportunity to repair the damage and they didn't pay the repair bill. Having to take them to the Small Claims Court. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and aggravation I should never have had to deal with! If they'd have sought permission, I'd have been able to know the work was going on, leave a key for the gate instead of climbing over the fence and I would have been able to warn them to be careful of the house cables so, the incident would never have happened.

GoogleI've been really impressed with Enfields. I asked them to manage the let of my property and from the initial meeting to the actual let, they've been positive, efficient and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and there have been more than one occasion where they've gone out of their way to help me. Dealing with them throughout has been hassle free and they've responded to all my queries without delay. I've also been impressed with the company they use to carry out work to the property before it was let. Highly recommended.

Casey who done my viewing has been great all the way through, very lovely and reassured me from the start being nervous as it is my first time ever renting a property. All the colleagues have been very friendly supportive and amazing throughout the process of everything. GoogleWhen we rented a property through Enfield, I found them very unresponsive and it almost felt like no one want to speak to us. We pointed out things that needed fixing when inspections where carried out, but nothing was ever done. They would tell us that they were waiting for the landlord to get back to them, but when we contacted the landlord he would tell us, and showed us he his phone once, that Enfield hadn't contacted him. Louise has personally dealt with my lettings and she has always been really helpful and efficient, nothing has every been too much trouble . I must also mention Emily and Nathan who have assisted with both of my lets. Additionally, Enfields have charged really reasonable rates and have always aimed to make sure that my property is protected and I am supported as a landlord. I cant speak highly enough of Sam Binnington and his support throughout the purchase of our flat. The communication was constant and he had an answer for everything we asked. The whole process went as smoothly as it could have and a lot of that was down to Sam's help and allowing us access to the property when required.
